I have a soft spot for SM, basically the starting point of K-pop, H.O.T, TVXQ, BoA, Girls Generation, Super Junior. They're to K-pop what the NY Yankees are to baseball. But with that said I think the competition to be a SM trainee is murderous and if you look at the former SM trainees who didn't debut with SM its ridiculous (Hina, Lami, Chaehyun, Jihan). If you want to be a SM trainee you have to be very realistic and be prepared to end up with another company.
