I purchased it online from firstcry. Using only within home on marble and still front wheels are not rotating properly, while turning wheels slide on floor, very poor quality. I have used it for 7-8 times only and that too for a 3 month old baby

I used it for a very long time...there is no damage... please check the lock.... wheels might be locked.. there is a lock in wheels, if we lock them it doesn't rotate
