Oh my gosh this is so good what?? I did not expect to see a new rain code song today, especially not one so emotional! This is really so cool thank you for feeding the community. (spoiler warning in the next part for anyone reading this who hasn’t finished the game!) Also, I know it’s about Yakou, but I was wondering if the singer is meant to be anyone in particular? My best guess would be Vivia or maybe Yuma ^^

Thank you so much!! I was kind of inspired by Mcki-Robyn's song and decided to finally make a love letter to the game. It's actually an OC song, but it could also 100% be a song from Vivia/Yuma's perspective too!

@@LuvP_ ah, okay, that makes sense! I listened to it a few times trying to figure out who it was about and a lot of the lyrics did seem very Vivia to me so I assumed it was probably about him (I was sure that the last lyric about not being able to bear living immediately followed by being scared of ‘someday’ was a reference to his iconic ‘I want to die someday’ catchphrase lol.) Although some things definitely didn’t make sense for him, I just hadn’t considered the possibility of an oc. Regardless though I still really like the song and it’s so cool to see more people making fan songs for rain code! I guess it just goes to show how different interpretations can change a song for someone though haha. Your oc does seem cool though! If you ever decide to post anything about them I’d love to see it!
