Contact lenses and eye drops are absolutely no problem! During the application you should take them out briefly, but after that everything is great! Eye drops also have no effect on the result, but should not be used for the first 24 hours! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. 😊

I absolutely love this kit. My lashes last for at least 5-6 weeks. The tint kit also has SO much product in it. The only issue I have is that I would love if the product in the lift kit was in bottles. I never need as much as is in the packet, so I feel like I'm wasting a lot.

OK I just cleaned off my lashes, I can't believe it! I can feel my lashes touching my eyebrows lol. Looks like I have makeup on. I've never even gotten my nails done let alone gotten my lashes done but I'm a fan! Hopefully it lasts a few weeks, I'll probably only do this for special occasions ❤

It definitely takes a lot of persistence. I can never get the pads to stick to my inner corner but my lashes still turn out well. And I have to apply glue over and over again to get all of my lashes to stick.

I’m gonna try this because my lashes are one of my favorite features about me but they have no natural curl it it what so ever and even after I curl them and put mascara on they tend to fall almost immediately so I’m putting my faith in this product because I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about it 🤞🏻

My lashes are the same. Board straight. Lol. Or more like point down. I found that when I curl them (or used to!!) they fell immediately when I used non waterproof mascara. After using the curler, only waterproof mascara makes them stay up. I hope to never go back to curling. The lash lift is such a process for me but I love it bc saves so much more time when getting ready. Just apply mascara and now I can use non waterproof. Try waterproof mascara and lmk if this is true for you too.

You NAILED it. I have small hooded eyes and really had a SUPER DIFFICULT time finding a way to trim the silicone pads to fit on my tiny eyes. PLEASE MAKE A VERSION for HOODED EYES!!!! There are so many of us out there!!!🙏🙏

Is there a reason the lash tint on its own says to process for 15+ minutes, but in these instructions it says to leave on for only 3 minutes? It's a very big difference and I don't want to screw up!

@@theericamazing I did try it, but long story short the glue did not work for me so I didn't get past step one :( Anyways, after some internet research, yes you should keep it on for a shorter time because the chemical processes of the lash lift makes your lashes more poreous, which means the color will basically get into the lashes A LOT faster aka it won't need to process as long. This is just what I've gathered from online so don't quote me on that lol

My lashes didn’t stick at first either but one tip I kept seeing over and over was to wait until the glue was tacky. I still had a few strays not wanting to stick so I straight up glued them lol. It worked. But still they were very stubborn. It’s not as easy as some make it look that’s for sure.

Just got doing mine. It was a lot messier and harder than any of the tutorials made it look like. But I feel like the next time I do it, it will be easier now that I know how the process works. One of my eyes looks curlier and better than the other even though I left the processor on for the same amount of time with both sets of eyelashes. I went ahead and curled the less curlier set of eyelashes and it looks better now, but hopefully it stays that way so that both eyes match. We will see 🙂 overall, I’m happy with the product and I would still recommend it! ❤ just a tip** if you have one set of eye lashes that is usually harder to curl, leave the processor on for an extra 5 minutes on that eye.

how are you supposed to wash everything off if you are not supposed to get your lashes wet for 24 hours? Edit: I done my lashes with the tint too and you are completely fine to wipe each solution and tint off with a damp cotton pad, however i still avoided getting water on my lashes for just over 24 hours to be safe. Been over a week/two weeks? My lashes are still super lifted and I only retinted them yesterday for personal preference as my eyelashes are very light naturally.

One eye at a time to completion? Seems like the best way to ensure you don't over process one side - but that makes for a LONG process! What is everyone doing - one at a time or both eyes at the same time?

I've always done one at a time. And it's definitely not as easy to do as the video makes it seem. It takes me a good hour and that's with a different kit with a shorter processing time. It's the setting of the lashes in the pas that takes so much time. No room for messs up there. Otherwise you'll perm the lashes whichever way they are on the pad. So make sure they are evenly spaced etc.

The tint instructions say to leave the tint on for 15-20 min, but this video says 3 minutes. Thats a big difference. Is it because of the lash lift? Which number do I follow?

I used a different branded tint when I done my initial lash lift, but I used the Luxe one yesterday 3 weeks after my first tint and left it on my eyelashes for about 18 minutes. They have dyed nicely and I would recommend 18-20 if you have lighter eyelashes like me

@@Danielle-ug4wk I figured it out. So if you're only doing the lash tint, 18 minutes, whereas if you're doing lift and tint, your eyelashes will have those potent chemicals on them from the perm which will mean the dye will absorb much much more quickly than normal 🙂

You can use makeup cleanser. Just make sure not to get the lashes wet for the first 24hours or so. So I wouldn't suggest putting makeup on right away

Don't get this. Tried this several times, did not work each times. Pads don't stick, glue doesn't hold, lashes go in every direction but the one they should be going, even with lash deviders. I tried it one last time 3 days ago and am now stuck with a red burn above my left eye. It was already red yesterday, now woke up with a red scar which burns whenever I move my eyebrows at all. Just get them professionally done.

i doubt that it makes your lashes fall off. you probably have normal shedding, but not from the product. It wouldn't be a good product to even sell if it caused your lashes to fall off.

My girls and I permed our lashes and they looked amazing for about 3-4 weeks and then our lashes began to look singed and lost their beautiful curl. This singing made applying mascara awful looking. I'm not a professional but have been doing my own lift for a bit now. (It's still not an easy process lol) But That's normal. The lash lift is wearing off. The length of time the lift lasts depends on when you did the lift and what part of the growth cycle your lashes are in. How to know? Idk. When my lashes start to look like you described, I know it's time to redo them. Bc yes, they begin to look crazy and have an uneven lift. Actually about to do mine tonight again. Last time I did was about 4 weeks or so ago. Hope this helps.

This tutorial has you applying the 1completely all over your lashes and not just the middle of them like the booklet says...... thats not really helpful to people trying to use your product..... it's confusing. That's why they're looking up a tutorial. You should make a tutorial of how to fix overcurled lashes by straightening them out with the lotion as stated in your booklet. My eyelashes turned out fine, but they are touching my eyelid and its extremely annoying.

That's a great question! The Luxe Lashlift may actually be gentler than using mascara every day without tinting. In the end, you would have to decide that yourself, because of course there are no scientific studies on this, since nobody tests anything on pregnant and breastfeeding people. We are not aware of any problems, but in any case it is best to consult a doctor! Contact us if you have any questions 😊

Just don’t buy this. Cheap product that’s not worth it. Pads are massive and lashes won’t actually stick. Pulled out a bunch of them trying to place the pad correctly. Ripped my eye lid up a lot trying to remove it and now my lashes just look crazy. Going to try a hot shower to fix them. 😢
