Is the undercarriage rubberized under coated to prevent rust? How well insulated are these rigs? I plan on living in a toy hauler year round and staying warm in the winter is a big concern.

One objection to the floorplan is it looks like with slides in, you can't easily get into the garage, fridge, or front bedroom/bathroom. Could you not put those doorways in the center of the coach to allow access even with slides in?

You can get to the bathroom and bedroom with the slides closed. You could get in the garage from the rear ramp. If you didn't option the side patio there is a door to the garage in it's place. You REALLY need to do two things: 1) Make the decks WEATHERPROOF. Currently, you have to close them whenever it rains - or they will be destroyed. This is nuts. You have to constantly watch the weather. 2) Move that toolbox door in the beaver tail INSIDE the three-season doors. In case you forget #1 and it rains with the deck deployed and awning closed, all your tools rust. Note that this problem is not unique to Luxe, all the toy haulers have these issues.
