It's a cosmetic look that some people prefer. We have 3 different shades- light, mid and dark, depending on the look you want and the risks you're willing to take. Lol

The customer had removed them already; but if you heat them up and pry with a squeegee they pop right out.

Sooooooo.....let me get this straight. "Dont apply this outside, in heat or by the sun,......... But he used a hand blow torch. I'm so confused and over it with these instructions. Doesn't make sense, you are using heat REGARDLESS

jay b correct. Use a direct and accurate heat source when heat is needed. Heat guns are safer, but for a pro a torch is like a laser. The vinyl will become much much more flexible and stretchable when heated. Because of this a large heat source such as the sun or a very hot day will make keeping the shape very difficult.... also it makes it easy to over stretch the install. Heat delivery is a very very important factor in all vinyl wrap installations.
