The best parts of this house for me were the finishes. That travertine floor with the continuous pattern, the wall coverings, the colors, and everything just came together to give it a really nice feeling that you often don't get with these modern houses.

So I had to watch this 3 times because I was so into the host and not the house. She’s beautiful and I love the sound of her voice and her mocha skin is amazing. If I meet her I’m wifing her. Great house and great showcase- her voice does it for me- she brings you in deeply. Definitely probably the second best presentation to only Ynes.

I liked the way Hameda uses rich vocabulary words like GRATITUDE/GRATEFUL/ABUNDANCE to describe the propert. I’ve never come across a estate agent who describes the property in such a way. The property is a 100/100 👍🏼 keep up the good work and keep posting more of such kind 🥇🙏🏼

I’ve been informed that from another real estate on youtube that this house is already sold out so it’s not possible to rent it but i was just wondering how much would it cost to rent yearly if it wasn’t sold out? and if you rent this house yearly is it obligated for the furnitures to stay or can you decide if you don’t want the furnitures and how much would it cost without the furnitures( I hope you understand, english is not my first language so sorry if there’s mispronunciation)
