Oh my goodness. The same thing happened to us. We booked that suite as a hospitality suite for our convention being held at Mandalay Bay. We got bumped for a high roller. Eventually, they were able to give us the one bedroom suite with the same sized living room at a discount. It served its purpose for a large crowd but only we as one couple were able to stay. They gave us a regular room across the hall for the other couple that were going to join us in the 2 bedroom penthouse. Like you, NEVER AGAIN.

@6:53 that's the butlers quarters that's why it has it's own entrance. Years ago Luxor offered full service butlers for these suites. They would make you breakfast in bed.

That sucks that they messed with you like that! The room is amazing, but is it seriously the only one? I wouldn’t stay again either. The room was cool, though.

I’m glad I watched till the end. I was thinking BS, you can’t get to a tower suite in the inclinator. Then by the end I realized that footage was from going to the room the downgraded you to. That’s just bad business.

If I'm spending that kind of money for a suite, I'm at Vdara. That second room you showed should have embarrassed the management to allow that kind of room to be rented.

Thanks for watching. I agree! Vdara does not have a room this size. Aria is my favorite hotel, but your spending the same amount for a room half this size. I wanted to try it, I did...never again!
