Ingredients:
90 ml (3 fl oz) coffee
120 ml (4 fl oz) milk
60 ml (2 fl oz) brandy
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar
Method:

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk with sugar until it forms a smooth foam.
4. Add the brandy to the yolk mixture and whisk again.
