11:37 A good presentation.I like the speed.Quality wood but the green flowers both inside and outside will give it a better taste.It will marry nature andconcrete in one focus.Very expensive structure.King and queens taste.Regards.

awesome presentation Boris.This property has alot of large spaces which look misplaced in my opinion and in some, ventilation will be an issue.

The lower levels don’t seem like they’d have a lot of use unless you’re entertaining guests on a daily. Not a lounge not a room just large spaces. Even on the ground floor. Large space with a sink/kitchenette. But you’ve done a great job trying to help us make sense of it 😅.

The height from floor to floor in every room makes it feel like a cat restrained in a small carton box 📦..... for that price that height should have offerer huge space for more light and ventilation like in a castle

Très beau bien, j'aime beaucoup ! Au niveau de l'entresol, d'un côté j'aurais fait fermé pour faire une bibliothèque avec un bureau pour que les enfants étudient. De l'autre côté, une salle de jeux. En bas, quand ce sera bien aménagé, ça va être top 👌🏾 😊😊

Location is great, presentation magnificent but architecture is the problem. For that price there should have included luxury rooms and display of opulence. For example b1 should have included a movie studio, fancy wine cellar and be a little bit creative on the facade even if its the back of the residence. They could have included, green space kidogo primary bedroom balcony just spice it up. Ukiingia unaona tu this is the back of the house.
