That one is a bidet! You're half Italian, you should know 😂 we use it to clean ourselves after going to the toilet, EVERY TIME and it's very comfortable when you have your period. We have troubles every time we travel outside of Italy, because once you get used to it you can never live without it! All Italians will agree 😊
