Luxurious velvet scarf: make it yourself!

I wanted to make a really nice long scarf for myself , I already have one that my daughter bought me and I LOVE IT! I already had the fabric in and my mother in law gave me the tassel a week before, so I was good to go on this make and the beauty... it was so easy to make.
