I see how Nepal is bringing in beautiful twist in blending colors. One thing though ( Speaking of Interior). Every other house moderately speaking I have seen beautiful construction but the moment the step moves inwards the concept of design and beauty changes into ugliness. The colors, modular kitchen with no sign of tech/modern innovation, though I must say that this one in here presented by you seems quite attractive. I honestly loved it. I love the view.

beautiful house but it does not have a HVAC or air conditioning in any rooms for the summer? I understand passive design but is there a. built in space/plan just incase summer heat is not bearable?

Actually, the house has an inbuilt heating system for winter, and for summer, you can enjoy natural air, As Lalitpur is not as terai region.. There is provision for AC too

I am not a big fan of this floor plan, but interior and finish is perfect i must say 👍 may be because of the weather felt little bit cold. You seem very nervous at first but you did really well and wish you best. Instead of saying high quality please try to mention the brand name.

Design is good and well lit however it is not a practical and durable design I must say. You will see dampness, pencil cracks and water marks within few years in the façade. The design is practical only in hot areas and where there is less precipitation.

They can show the host at the beginning and make her voice in the background instead of showing her like we gonna fall in love with her and buy her, hehe.. @@NepalRealEstateSolution I have watched the full video. Nepali words and sentences are used only about 3% of the time. She is knowledgeable and has good positive energy. Information is of good quality as well. Presentation and the videography is also great. However , the use of English language is really a sales failure. I’m really disappointed that my family cannot understand all the quality content she is giving. What is the purpose of speaking English? What is your business trying to prove ? So, people buying luxury houses in Nepal only speak English ? Are you implying that Nepali speaking people cannot afford this house and English language as some sort of status symbol? This brings a lot of questions which is also a waste of discussion. We should be discussing about the house but this language issue is creating unnecessary tension. You have to make it easier for people to buy houses not harder. I hope you take this feedback on board and implement this change on your future videos. The design and the view of the house is amazing. Keep it coming !

8.5 crore? That's a lot for Nepal. I m from UK and I had villa in Barcelona, spain, nicer looking, bigger, bigger swimming pool with better view that i recently sold for roughly 10crore and that's in europe. This house is nice but no way i would pay more than 5 crore for this house in Nepal. Max would be 4.5 crore.
