It would be interesting to see what it actually sells for, I bet it’s nowhere near the price quoted. Ugly on the outside like a big shed. Nice in parts internally I particularly like the exposed beams but nowhere to have a music room that would not disturb the rest of the house. Open plan is fine but it needs to be done right and this one is simply too open. That small bedroom is ridiculous it’s just a cupboard really. The en-suite bathroom looks exposed. I like the annex .The garden also looks unfinished for that kind of price.

In the "Sitting Area"? _One_ of the sofas is facing the screen. Maybe they're not that much into TV - if so, more power to them I say.
