I've seen the area believe me this is most fascinating to me 4 to 5min away from Fasil Masjid and 12 to 15min away the from Centraus mall, but I think the quality of washroom could be more then this because if you are going to judge or want to know a person look upon his Kitchen and washroom, so washroom wasn't that good like I'm accepting after hearing the price. Otherway this is a magnificent house.

Location of this house is even better than all other features of this house. No doubt it is for the 1% elite of Pakistan. However I wonder why the owner did not mind buying a front open mountain view plot to construct such an expensive house. It will be interesting to know who is the lucky buyer of this beautiful house.

thank you for your comments and feedback about what you feel. actually you are right in some way, margalla facing house is way more attractive then pindi facing(local language). but technically pindi facing house is more airy and sun light efficient then hill view houses. and this area is very limited plots available now. i have post many other houses videos also. please spare some time to watch them. kya pata koi ghar apko pasand aa jaye. according to your requirement.

Such an overlong view, I appreciate that it’s a large property but there was so much unnecessary repetition. Most annoying thing is the constant knocking and flicking of surfaces was annoying AF, beyond belief! The house is stunning if not over priced but I guess the location is a high factor. Some of the finishes are poor , specifically the alarm sensors on the windows are poorly located and cabling should be recessed and not so visible. The pool should really come with an electrical retractable cover for the price .

Sectors near Margalla are bit expensive, that’s why it’s fully luxury living, yes you are right not many people can afford that. Only plot size of 1166 sq yard is in 70 crore asking.

Thank you for your comments. Actually serious buyer directly calls. On a safe side we intentionally hide some points and this is because in Pakistan majority is fraudulent. They go directly to property and by-pass the real estate agents. Even some real estate agents do that. Kisi ki mehnat zaya kerney mein akser logon ko sharam tak bhi nahi ati. Hope you understand. Vise versa koi aik call sy mar Nahi jayega ager usko waqaee ghar chaheye. Aur woh serious buyer hy. Thank you.
