OMG!!! 9 crs for substandard furniture and construction???? very very cheap quality constuction.. do you think any owner goes for iron grill options inside the villa? what is there in the bathroom... those are black stones not even granite... please pay attention to the windows, kitchen area, bathrooms constructons before going to these kinds of property visits.. I SUGGEST YOU SPEND COUPLE OF DAYS IN FIVE STAR HOTELS, get an IDEA first then go for the visits... these are inflated prices... not worth for 1CR.....

Wow 9 Cr for this??? Look at all the disgusting black mold on white walls on the whole house(roof, walls, etc), its everywhere. Which shows that owners have total neglect of the house and did not spend a rupee to keep the house in good maintainance. The worth of this propety is mainly in the land. I would totally demolish the house completely to the ground and build a new one due to the pathetic state of the house.
