Great video! I made the mistake of leaving Las Colinas and going south by Ft Worth and I regretted it immediately. Las Colinas is such a good location in so many ways (middle of all the highways, very close to airport, trendy but not crazy expensive, and best of all, very diverse population). I can't say Ft worth and some other areas are diverse.

Wow! Ashley i use to live in Irving along time ago but the apartments are gorgeous!! I love all the amenities of all the apartments. The last apartment even had a mud area i think and a room to work from home which is what i would like in my next apartment.

Because apartment locating is my full time job and I only make a commission when I send clients to these properties. If I spend dozens of hours and thousands of dollars making videos, it defeats the purpose when people choose to watch my videos and lease an apartment without contacting me first to refer them to a specific property.
