approval ka issue nhi brother...it will easily approved by local authority. actual problem is rate. 30,000 is way far expensive.

@@logicalgup249 actual problem is approvals. If no approval then 1000 per sq ft will be expensive. If you have approval then you can discuss prices .

Kia apke business ko is se khatra hay. Mai to sirf ye wish kya k kash kisi ko apni development k liye trees ko na katna pare. Ye mery aur apki aur future generations k liye hay k ham trees ko protect karay
