Turkish realtors really need to learn about staging. I notice in all the new real estate videos, nothing is staged. The other observation I have is that everyone is very secretive about the pricing. Here in the US you can look at any new building or property, and there is always published pricing by floor plan. Regardless of what the actual negotiated price ends up being. It’s a disservice to the sellers as people don’t want to “contact you” to find out whether a property is even within their budget. Beautiful property, nonetheless.

If the prices are changing everyday in Turkey then you need to update the price list. Not giving the price is the most ridiculous approach in advertising real-states. It has become a cliché and it doesn't work any longer. It has a negative effect on your agency rather than attracting customers.
