The hotel looks stunning, and I've really enjoyed your Cancun vlogs. I was a bit surprised by the room service pizza, it looked like something my little one made on DIY dinner night. Overall, Mexico looks very inviting, and your video did a great job of showing us what to expect.

No we didn’t it’s all included. We just tipped when the food arrived :)

bit confused so if you lose the wristband you have to pay for it but they cut it off you? this is what confused me

Yeah if you lose them before checking out they will charge you $150 but then they cut them off when you check out and mark it off the system to say they’ve been returned.
