The Bentley driver (Richard Plumb, who lives in High Wycombe) had his driving licence suspended for four years and seven months ... the smash happened on 20th May 2014, so even if his licence suspension was backdated to the date of the smash, it would still be suspended until 20th December 2018 ... so how come he drove his car to to a garage in Colnbrook in December 2017?

The driver was probably drunk as he fled the scene after the crash. He was identified by the blood on the airbag.

The damage done to both cars would have been significant enough to prove the Bentley was speeding. Plus it was not a *directly* head on collision, the car was hit at one side.

Kaizee obviously didn't watch the video. Doing 85mph on a 20mph road isn't an accident. The Bentley driver also fled the scene before police arrived and got jailed for 14 months and a driving ban for 4.5 years. That is not an accident and he has been proven guilty. Fuck that Bentley driver.

Given that this happened quite a while ago, I think it would be fair to let people know what the legal result of this incident was. In other words, why was the guy speeding, what was their legal punishment, and did they cover the damages to the victim?

Asterra2, he’s been given a 14 month jail sentence and a ban from driving for 4 years. He also left the scene of the accident but his blood was traceable. Perhaps he fled the scene as he was drunk ?

At those speeds on that road, no he did not, right of way is only legally given to the people obeying the laws. As an example if he was driving at a correct speed, he would have been far enough away for the first driver to get around the block and safely make it to the other side.
