I can assure the beauty of this villa, in fact, I live exactly at the side of this place. In the woods, just below the property, there is a lovely stream called "Rio Guappero" that comes from the near "Monte Faeta". Surely a majestic place, I love living there! Bellissimo video, per non parlare del posto; piccolo vanto, sono il vicino di casa! :)

I love all those colors! The perfect shade of blue on the window shutters, also matched by the cushions on the chairs by the pool! As well as the perfectly chosen pastel colors of the interiors! The place looks very cozy and inviting. Everything comes together very naturally, every bit of the available space has its function. Very charming and inspiring!

Very NICE place. Watching a lot of these videos lately, i can say there are many "PASS" for me : some are too rustic, some are too fancy, and for most of them, building and rooms layout make no sense for me. so, when i see a place, that while watching the video, i already know what are the small changes i would have for me to live in - it's a top-of-the-list property!

As always, beautiful video and property! I had a question, though. In the "Dependance" chapter, that first covered hallway you walk into with the translucent ceiling/roof, I couldn't understand what you called it. It was something I never heard of before. The closed caption text says "limonaya", but it sounded like you said the room was used as a "luminaria in winter". I'm very curious what this might be.
