@sarahgirard1405 I typed wrong. I mean they have to fight and get the country to make it united and not letting others to decide for them, although it is a stupid dream to claim we can decide for our country. For decades others decided for us. Anyway Iran and Pakistan have biggest advantages in Afghanistan and they will try so much to destroy us. Iran which is biggest terrorist group creater and Pakistan which is selling terrorist. Nowadays these countries are making groups of terrorist to go attacking Ukrainians and giving Russia opportunities to go throw Europe for having control in the world.

What everyone should learn from this video is that one should respect other people's culture and traditions. On the other hand, European countries have barred Muslim women from wearing scarf just because it is antithetical to their culture. Huge respect to this lady❤

Thank you for this Carrie. It’s unsettling not to see any women and only men are out enjoying a nice restaurant. It’s heartbreaking. If only every county and religion knew the value of women 😢
@carriepatsalis29 күн бұрын
It is indeed unsettling.. it was very interesting talking to men and women about it.. on the one hand Afghan women are clear about segregation in places like restaurants.. they would only go to the family areas.. its cultural.. on the other hand, segregation has gone way too far.. its the reason girls are not in schools.. not because they don’t want them educated, but because the regime cannot cope with boys and girls sitting together.. to prioritise segregation over education is the path to further poverty.
@marilynbirk604128 күн бұрын
@@carriepatsalisIt's also sad to see such grand opulence in the hotels in comparison to the dire poverty in the rest of the country.
@carriepatsalis28 күн бұрын
@@marilynbirk6041 I agree.. the only thing that made this restaurant worthwhile was that it employed 200 local people. And the thing is, many tourists won’t come without this set up.. there was one place I visited in Bangladesh that was an incredible initiative.. Momo Inn in Bogura. It was a 5 star resort.. luxury at every level.. very popular with tourists.. the owners used the money to fund a 40 acre park right next to it with pop up stalls for locals to use for free to sell their goods.. it also had a free walk in medical centre.. this was literally the best of both worlds.. of course the owners have to be willing to make less profit but talk about a brilliant way to change a community.. I would love to see more of this
