Property tax will depend on home and land value. Most standard homes are exonerated ...tax free. Does that are not, pay a moderate amount each year. Way lower than the states. I feel everyone should pay at least a small/fair fee each year based on income or area. Property taxes in states are used for...road construction,fire deparment,education etc. Yes they are skyhigh...but that translates into good service or better services.
