I clicked to see a garage space not a monotone guy with bed head 🙃

This is how people get around the rules when building in Muskoka/Seiguin. Suddenly, everyone needs a "garage."

Park the cars outside!😂😂😂😂 People want a clean sleek garage FOR THEIR CARS! Not to live in.

Depends... If the cars are: Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1960's, Porsche 356 B and Aston Martin DB5. Broadly speaking any 55-69 car in good conditions would look great in there. Some 70s cars are nice, but IMO aesthetically speaking design did poorly from 75 and after. Nowadays all cars look the same - the differences are minimal if you filter per _category_. Indeed most companies share components.

Sure looks well made, seeing new structures with garage doors in Muskoka while boating around our Muskoka property. This is really nothing other than a building design when you are looking to build a bunkie that looks like the new style boathouse of late. Garage doors are sure eye candy, till you watch all the familiar insects you run from now flying in.

Video director here, sharing some thoughts from a place of respect and passion for both architecture and storytelling (visual and narrative). First, the property is stunning and clearly stands on its own - beautifully done. Second, when presenting a space like this, conveying enthusiasm through body language, facial expressions, and vocal tone can make a big difference, helping viewers connect more deeply. Lastly, I noticed the music choice sounds too dramatic, which might work better in a different context; for here, it might be worth exploring music that complements the Scandinavian elegance without the tension. A couple of questions: What defines 'durable material' here, and how long-lasting are we talking? I like the layout - it seems ideal for a live/work space with a home studio vibe!

Also, just checked your website, very ideal looking work! Love the minimalism and raw materials.

How did you get by permitting with a sleeping area open to a "garage"???

This guy talks just to hear himself. I can’t imagine the amount of snow that piles up in front of the garage doors with that roof design.

Not really a garage, more like a residence with garage doors. Also a code violation if it was in the United States. Bedrooms and garage spaces don’t mix.

When I hear “garage” I think of a very specific dwelling with a specific purpose. This didn’t inspire me as a garage. More of a “mother-in-law” cottage.

I wonder what the wife would do if he fired up the LS3, plasma cutter, welder or parts washer? This is much closer to my WIFE'S woman cave.

Good grief... It must be a Canada people thing, but that is so small and basic. What is the point of a garage that small? Make it large enough to actually be useful. That looks like a glorified shipping container "garage".

It' s a simple garage/outbuilding not the newest iphone. This was far too dramatic of a presentation. If you ever say "A garage was born." You should take a step back.

So much was lost here. Yea, he speaks well, he explains well, cinematography is perfect.. The building looks fantastic. But you showed the seating area more than the GARAGE part. It's obvious you're showing off the 'art' instead of the useable garage part. The title of this video uses the word "Garage", twice. Show the garage part. Too much about windows and siding. And WAAYY too much of the guy.

You probably would be more successful selling the projects if you would actually show what it is cuz a lot of talk is going on and very little showing pictures are amazing what pictures it's less than a split second each scene
