@@kingstonban Philly is the second deadliest city in America. Crime of all kinds is at Third World levels. Because there is a gated enclave for rich people (just like they have in the Congo) doesn't change the fact that the city is a crime ridden garbage can run by Democrats. Do you want to take your kids to the city center and visit the parks on Friday evening? Hell no! You'd be taking your life in your hands. Do your research and stop believing in fantasies that Democrats destroyed long ago.
