This floor plan is one of the better ones. The mud room and larger laundry/craft area is a great idea! If the front room remains an office, I think a Murphy’s bed hidden by sliding bookshelves would be a bonus .

Nice layout, however, I wish designers and builders would remember there are colors other than grey. It's been used to such an excess that it will only be a few years and it will be labeled as being "dated"!

For a base price of $777k, plus money for the lot, plus additional money for "upgrades", plus Pulte's expectation that bidders make an offer well over the "asking price" (or else they won't be eligible to purchase the house) creating unethical bidding wars where there otherwise weren't multiple bidders, that reply is unacceptable. There is no excuse for cutting corners. This house won't be worth $450 in 5 years. Pulte is a scam.

The pricing for the home itself, effective July 1, 2021 is: $776,990 Plus the cost of land (land cost varies depending on where in the community/water view etc) Plus the cost of upgrades (you choose upgrades when purchasing the home).
