während der erdbeerzeit mache ich die erdbeer-sahne-schnitte jedes wochenende...nicht's besonderes oder gar ausgefallen kreatives einen halbgefrorenen cremekuchen mit schoki überziehen ist jetzt auch nicht so wahnsinnig einfallsreich und besonders zusammengesetzter krokant-schichtkuchen ist besonders durch die puderzucker garnierung? und so geht es weiter. die kuchen sehen alle sehr lecker aus, aber von exquisit kann man da nicht viel sehen. möglicherweise machen die zutaten diese kuchen besonders. was mir allerdings aufgefallen ist ist: japaner sind rechte süssmäulchen und sie lieben süsses in jeder form und art. ob kuchen, schokolade, bonbons, zuckerwatte...egal, japaner lieben es...
