The handrails, cabinets, the entry gate , walls , lawns, they have worked on every possible little detail create a harmonious design which complements the grandeur of the the project. It is much better that ultra rich spend their money to build their palace in India rather than buying a penthouse in UK or USA.

yes the house is beautiful and cheaper compared to US / UK but Indian govt (and even ppl) hate the super rich (100Cr+). Ambani is the most abused man in India despite bringing Jio revolution.

One of the best modern palace .. great work by architects...One question though..How much money would it cost to build a new ultra modern house with buildup area 15000 sqft with 5 bedroom (3 master & 2 guest), huge rooms,indoor pool, high ceilings, car lift for owner suit, remote controlled curtain and with other luxuries... 20k sqft at a construction cost of say 3000rs per sqft is 6Cr. The plot (2.5 Acres or 1 lakh sqft) is much more valuable.

Not trying to take anything away from the architects (who have done an exemplary task from a brief), but the house is not a “home”….it lacks those homely qualities such as warmth,cosiness and above all…depth of spirit! Such a shame that the money is not spent on better things such as improvement of the state in the country….. and only spent on one man’s vision of what they want!
