Yes, as you said, very difficult to control oneself at a buffet. The problem comes when it is not possible to get any work done after such a wonderful meal. That's a good reason not to do a breakfast buffet and prefer a dinner buffet instead - you can eat as much as you want and go to bed after, assuming fat accumulation in the stomach area is not an immediate concern :)-

As if, I ended up in Istanbul watching and experiencing Turkish breakfast banquet 😂 I ended up on this page while drooling for Meditteranion culinary varieties 😍 That's literally an extensive breakfast buffet. I hope they are not making any food waste out of it, knowing there's human beings, especially kids dying every hour due to starvation. It would be a smack and sin wasting food. Ivana is it okay to eat food from such establishments if I'm from London, UK. Last time I visit New Delhi and I travelled north in some hotels I could eat food, but we stayed in cheap hotels/airbnb ranging from 3500 Rupees and below per night

You get what you pay for anywhere in the world including India. If you pay a little less than what is considered a decent price in America or Europe, you will get one of the most sanitary and best food and stay experience in India. However, you cannot complain of getting sick, when you pay below substandard prices for food just to save a few bucks and travelling on unrealistic shoestring budgets in India. People like you give a bad name and reputation to India just because you wanted to save a few bucks and have an adventure. So you ate at the worst place you could find and travelled without a ticket expecting an experience like a cafe in Paris and taking a Eurostar where you gladly shell out 50-100€.

Ivana you must visit Mysore . It's a city in Karnataka hat is just 4-5 hours away from Bangalore by car and the city is known well for its absolute greenery and awesome weather , plus its also a very historical city fir us Indiana and YOU MUST VISIT THE FAMOUS MYSORE PALACE if you ever visit Mysore .
