Hergaisa has very bad water shortage. All this is glitter and glam when at the roots allot things need to be worked on, but real estate 🏡 is booming in country which people are milking out of

For proper sewage system, I agree 100% with you and I believe this will not be solved soon because we too far from that! but I don't get what you mean by bad water storage? if you mean public water system is not enough to Hargeisa, yes you are right and there are ongoing projects to improve Hargeisa water supply.

I would not pay 300K if there is an issue with water, electricity and internet. Also, it does not make any sense to pay that amount of money if the city is not well built and the neighbourhood is poor, can you imagin the amount of evil eye you get? This is awesome house but no outdoor space, the main kitchen would have looked much nicer if it was open kitchen, I bet this costs a fortune to buy. If I decide to move back to East Africa I would build something like this but without compromising my space, I currently live on 1.2 acre with 3 structures plus surrounded with fruit trees
