What an incredible tour Jason. Sunny isles really has the best places that money can buy in the 305 IMO. You should tour some units at the estates at acqualina, those units are absolutely insane.

Hey Jason. Wow. I already love it from your preview description. The high ceilings. Wall windows. The white/beige/light greys and amazing staging. Glass elevator 🙌🏼. Cabana pool bath and a separate 1/2 bath. Dining for 12. Stunning kitchen. Slide out wine/champagne fridge. Even the breakfast nook seats 8. Amazing outdoor lounging/pool/kitchen/dock/dining. Elevator plz. Sitting area to relax for those that take the stairs. Big guest bedrooms & en-suites. Big laundry 🧺 room. What a lovely primary. Stunning en-suite. That’s a shower bench. His/her closet. Oh someone lives here? So this is their furniture not staged. Cozy balcony. Can party on the 3rd outdoor level. This is a fantastic home. Thanks for sharing. Wonder why they are leaving?
