No laundry, washing machine, clothes dryer, no space for full size refrigerator, budget hot top, but no cooking space, no pantry, benchtop, no balcony for drying clothes.Where is the storage for suitcase etc. Monthly rental estimate, $581,000 X 5% / 12 = $2,420 month rental ? That is insane

Maybe I'm not that much of a city slicker, but I just don't see the value in these condo's. I mean what if I wanted to watch a movie or have a party? That would not go over well here. Not my thing I guess.
