I've raised a point twice. The second time was more 'internal shouting' but you're 'listening.' I wasn't the only one who saw the problem. In just this one video, the cameraman is doing better. If the editing is done by the same person that's even better for improvement. He's still showing too much of you but I'm already seeing such a big difference. Now, he needs to really pay more attention to lighting. Yes, you went into the apartment at a certain time, which is good for him to experiment with lighting, angles and time of day. I really appreciate the change and the extra footage that shows the place by itself. There now needs to be more direct panning to details as you give them. It seems a little delayed. He could only go upward from here though. Good job cameraman. We got to see the house... more. I think it's probably safe to say I'm witnessing the beginning of a great career in videography.

Lovely apartment, first time watching your videos however some feedback, the camera person is concentrating on you and not the house or the details of the house which is what we are here for. Unless your idea isn't to sell the house or get it leased. You don't have to be in the shot all through the tour, your voice can continue explaining the details as the camera person focuses on the details you were talking about. Make the house or property the star of the video, not the person taking us for the tour.
