Kara and Nate, welcome to Laos (my birth country) the Luang Say cruises looks fantastic (was it expensive?) and the foods look so yummy. Did you enjoy Laos food?? Must try the Laos pork sausage and sticky rice, very yummy!
@KaraandNate8 жыл бұрын
+slee0687 We love your birth country :) Luang Say was incredible. It is one of the pricier options but it's so worth it (especially considering the alternatives!!!). We haven't seen the sausage rice but i reeeeally want to try it! Is the sausage wrapped in sticky rice or what? We'll keep looking :) -Kara
@LaoInformation8 жыл бұрын
+slee0687 Hi, again. May I correct you? The correct way is to say "Did you enjoy Lao food?” because "Laos" is not an adjective, but is simply the name of the country, which makes it a noun. For that same reason, the Lao food items mentioned above are called "Lao pork sausage" and the local sweet rice is called "Lao sticky rice". Let's summarize by saying that "Lao" is the adjective used to describe the people, food, and culture of the beautiful country that is known as "Laos" in western languages including English.
