If anyone read this here is a suggestion to small house...just don't clutter your house with unnecessary cheap looking furnitures , choose warm colour palate than roudy ones , stop using false ceiling , LED stripes, cheap looking plywood on walls...instead use plants and dim lights in corner of room... don't clog your house leave room to breathe Follow this kind of things then it doesn't matter if you have a big or small house

If you have crores as disposable income, you can definitely make palaces. Efficiency of an architect reflects when you bring the with limited budget. One of the best designs are from the architect who designed MAHAPRASTANAM, vdo available in same channel.

Absolutely true, though these famous architects speak what not on sustainability blah blah but practically speaking can a family of 6-8 even consume 10k sq ft of living space. Even 1000 sq ft of living space per person is more than enough if luxury living is the goal(no matter how rich u are) Building up so much of superstructure is in itself a toll on the earth no matter then what all rating ur buildings qualifies to be. Focusing on leaving more green space and landscaping of that area would have been a much better option rather than filling an already huge plot with so much of built up space and then giving lecture on sustainability the next day at a university☹️😔

Those are: 1. Lutyens Delhi/Lutyens Bungalow Zone (LBZ). Does it even need any commentary or justification? I don't think so. 2. Greater Kailash (G.K)-1 and 2 and Vasant Vihar, south Delhi. These 2 addresses are the most plush localities of Delhi after Lutyens. Great ambience, people and Infrastructure. Home to $ multi Millionaires of Delhi and the typical old Money families who breath Money. 3. Malabar Hill and Tardeo (Altamount Road), south Mumbai. These addresses are known as the "Billionaires Row" for a reason. Home to some of the most Insanely Wealthy people of India.

The design is good with white and amber theme. i think in India glass traps heat and creates greenhouse if its coated. If its transparent then its ok. hyderabad does not have good winter and mostly its hot n dry weather so large glass panels are only for looks and not thermal benefit.
