The 2 orders I placed also took them like 7-8 days to ship. Which I was confused about because their policy they advertise is 1-2 days~ My 2nd order from them also had these color issues… I feel like they keep sponsoring these KZbin “influencers” and pushing promo codes but they are giving these “influencers” the best quality and service. But actual paying customers it just seems like they can’t keep up with the real paying customers’ orders!!!

Yes, and the thing is-I don’t mind the influencers, but paying customers keep these businesses afloat. I had little to no issues during my first order. However, the customer service was lacking with my 2nd order and they were not forth coming with not having the materials to make my bag. They attempted to cover it up, but I felt something was off. Then they sent a bag that was not the color I asked for. Welp, I won’t purchase from them again.

I bought a bag from them recently and the strap broke after two days I have been trying to get it replaced but they are not helping me. I'm looking for another seller. It also took them 3 weeks to ship the bag. I wont purchase from them again.

That’s crazy the experience you had with them. I was going through the comments and I was shocked about the quality of their products have went down. The last 4 bags I have purchased from Coee bags have been the worst quality. I used to buy from them all the time but there quality has gotten so bad, I won’t buy from them ever again.

Don't they send you photos of the item before sending it? So it did look good on photos, but in real life came out to be trash or smthng?

There were a few in which the photos looked bad and I replied that I wanted a different bag but they still sent the crappy one anyway or a different bag that was just as crappy, and there were a few in which the pictures looked good but the bag they sent was trash. I do want to say that I have bought a lot from COEE and the quality has only been bad in the last couple years. Definitely notice a difference since the pandemic.

No, as a return will definitely be a hassle and these companies know that. The overseas shipping alone will be costly and it may take 1-2 weeks or more to reach them. They may also charge a restock fee, as supposedly these bags are made to order.
