Thank you 🙏🏾. Yes the edges will have to be neat. If after stitching and the edges are still not neat you can use beads or any complimenting appliqué to finish the edges

Thank you. The panel didn’t have beads on the side seams. So I stitched it how we normally stitch with alliance inseam

Thank you. I fix the zip top the base first. Then slashed the lace into 2 around the zipper area then hand stitched around the zip.

If you leave an allowance that should be fine. You’ll have to loosen the side seams and open it up from there

But always make sure the clients fits the base first and ensure it’s a perfect fit before you place the panel.

I bought it like that from the market. Go to any hair supply shop. It’s a needle used for making wig cups. Just tell them you want a C-shape needle. They know it.

There should be little allowance on the base. You can open the dress a bit. But that will be a lot of work because after opening the side seams you’ll have to bead the side seams all over again. I’ll make a video to address that situation shortly ❤️
