The first 2 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor is so nice with a balcony. The 35th has no balconies- no area to just sit and hangout... Overall an impressive building.

I agree with you Bryan about the balconies but the penthouse's view and island style kitchen got me, as someone who enjoys cooking occasionally.

Yeah I think that would be the case for most of the people in the world but that is extremely difficult to impossible in metropols like Istanbul. You will find then mostly at the edge of the city. The ones that are in the city are extremely expensive.
