I had the privilege of visiting the esteemed residents of Pavilion, including the renowned Pan-house, a few years ago, along with the esteemed residents of 4 seasons. The Pavilion residents are known for their magnificent properties, although it should be noted that they are not fully furnished. However, one issue we encountered during our visit was the lack of benefits from the Rumah kedua golden visa, as we are currently not residing in Malaysia. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide any updates regarding changes to the golden visa policy for non-Malaysians (am Malaysia passport holders my spouse European)

I stay in bb area for 20 years.. is quite happening area.. every festive eve ( confirm few fireworks ) sometime after bb finish fireworks, ampang klcc neighbour will start their own fireworks, after ampang klcc finish, then come in merdeka square there ( abit far but still can hear the boom )..walk 300 meter down the road can have supper in Jalan alor, open till 4 am.. pub and bar at Chulan bored want to learn baking, attend pavilion elite the abc studio.. if me to have such unit.. I just ask muji team downstairs @ pavilian custom made all furniture ( just enjoy minimalist home ) 😂...
