Aside of considerations as to the local area and what the generalised property prices are I am amazed on two counts when the price point is £1.5m: 1. No double garage - just effectively a shelter. 2. It looks to me that this is a shared gated driveway. Both very key points make for not good selling attributes - especially at this price level.

Very nice sized rooms. Garden is reasonable as well. Looks well made and designed. Would have loved to have seen the floor plan on screen.

Decent house, and I like it being brand new. I wonder if all the floors are heated, what was the purpose of carpets all over? This home deserved a wooden floor. Thanks Damion.

Just had an idea or maybe it already exists who knows. SMART BATHS - mobile app controlled Bath tubs that can run you a bath remotely to the exact temperature and level of water you like. You could be out and about and come home and it’s all set for you to relax in. 😊

everything is great, but there is not even a garage, only a carport, secondly, there is one entrance to two houses, a tragedy, no privacy
