As a citizen of the city of Bakersfield.. this highly edited footage and I’ve been in 7 oaks and lived there. Nothing look likes this. Maybe for a small portion of the year during spring but after that everything is dead and the Karen’s act like they run the city. Save yourself some time and don’t dump your money in this gated community that is located in an overpriced, overpopulated, rude community. I moved out of there because my neighbors alone were hands down the rudest, nosy, obnoxious people I’ve ever dealt with.

This town is absolute trash, I understand you want wealthy people from LA and northern Cali to move here and price out the locals.. but, eventually they will find out you can’t escape the naked guy smoking crack on the corner..

The problem I have with Bakersfield is that the people who live here swear this is the best town or city in America 😆 🤣 😂 what have any of you people ever been to la or the bay 🤔 please stop comparing Bakersfield to real cities your far from it you guys still have open fields with nothing on it but flies you guys are so behind in times it's hilarious
