There are elements I like , but materials used are excessive, including the material choices pallet.... This could have been a rather sophisticated home BUT is not ... Where are the trees ( you dont breathe concrete ) , inside the home swimming pool is unnecessary , walls have excessive mirroring panels etc, artifical plants add to the cheapness in my mind ... what I do like are the stare case and the rot iron work ...

Basement is waste of space . Personally would convert it into a home theatre , Bar, steam and sauna and entertainment zone with seating for 6 to 8 people . Don’t need a party zone and remove that fire place which is an idiotic idea In India. Basic fear what if gk1 gets flooded during monsoon whole house can be destroyed lot to think. This size house needs smart home system for the whole house with ipad or something else to control lights , door , window. And curtains.

will you park your car in your home theatre zone? Basement/stilt parking is must in Delhi otherwise streets are already very crowded. You can build more floor for these aiyashis that you have mentioned

This is terribly design, not even worth 2 Cr. Such small bedrooms and washrooms, this is made like a wedding hall with hotel rooms. Terrible architecture, and the balcony designs are just hysterical. What a waste of money and space.

Bhai yeh kahan se 500 gaj ka hai mujhe samajh nahi aa raha.. itna low height bana hua hai soo soo congested design.. if you really want to see how 500 gaj houses are made, then have a look of punjab and mohali houses.. So airy and properly ventilated.. Ek baar Harry Dutt channel search kar lena pata lag jayega 500 gaj ka ghar banate kaise hain woh log bhi aap logo ki tarah hi property showcase karte hain aur builders ki..
