Hello, I have a few questions. I really love the 2 bedroom 2 bath Floorplan. I wanted to know if I would be able to change the colors on the wall. I also wanted to know if shelfing could be hung in the unit. My husband smokes cigars and would like to know if smoking is allowed on the balcony. We have no desire to smoke on the inside of the unit. Are there one or two parking spaces assigned to each unit? Last question. What are the qualifications for these apartments? Thank you!

Hey! Thank you for reaching out to Solstice! You can change the colors on the wall, just needs to be changed back if you decide to move it. Shelving is allowed we are a non smoking community. Residents can only smoke 15 feet away from the community buildings so no smoking on the balcony. Everyone is allowed to have up to 4 vehicles on site. Hello Husniyyah! We only offer 7-13 month leases and we only accept 3 months in advance of rent payment.
