Please never consider dombivli. I had worst experience, Drainage is worst, shortage of water and if you opt for MIDC they charge 22 lkh for connection. condition of the roads are worst and even if you want Gas connection they will ask for black money else they will ask for lots of paper that is not even valid. Rest is your choice.

Yes... It is a joke... Coz panvel is in mumbai metropolitan region but still it is so far that it takes 2-3 hrs. But after MTHL (trans harbour link) it will be reachable in 45 mins from south bombay
