For the lower back you prob have a forward rotated pelvis from wearing heels. Also the aquiles heel tendon shortens and then its real pailful to wear flats. Low back pain is also an underated symptom for failing pelvic floor. Not saying its your case or you should or shouldn't do anything about it. But since 80% of pregnancies leave women with pelvi floor issues it's an important consideration. Working on it might mean you'll realize high heels aren't really good for our bodies so it might mean wearing lower heels. But the absence of pain is worth it for me. Hope the info is helpful. Hugs
