Yes, the kitchen in the Sea Grape was bigger, but was mostly empty space. This kitchen is just as nice, just let your guests spread into the adjoining spaces. Much bigger closet in primary here, I MAY be able to get a small corner of it for me. These long thin homes are really growing on me. I hope there is green space in the community if kids live here.

What a gorgeous home. I do have one concern. The lanai off of the living room won’t keep bugs out because you have a large opening above the gat that leads to the area between the 2 homes…or am I missing something?

The gate is most likely due to it being a model home and easy access to the other model. Most likely that will be a wall and screen once they sell the model. Good catch, I didn't even notice that :). Thanks for watching! Mike.
