This house is wow! Victoria is a very bubbly and lively presenter! By the way those pull out drawers with the plates in the main kitchen is called a LAZY SUSAN....in America anyway i don't know what they are called in this part of our world. Nice editing Xavier.......love the intro....!

Now this is definitely one of my favorite properties you've toured. What I love about it is that the house prepares you from the entrance that you're about to be swept away. That is the most gymnastic kitchen cabinets I've ever seen. Linear Concepts really went all out here. The true entertainer's dream. Even the lighting was turned into art here... It's mind-blowing! Thank you once again Xavier for capturing this masterpiece so beautifully. You did justice.

Xavier can you please explain to me the ownership policy of houses located in these estates? I have heard a rumor that when you buy it you not exact owner of that land. At some point in life when the owner passes away the bank usually buys out the kids, please explain to me this?

Fair question. In some estates (ie Waterfall Country Estate), there’s a 99-year lease in place. As far as I’m aware, as per your example, the kids would need to pay a rollover % fee. I can’t recall the exact details, but an expert in the aforementioned estate of Waterfall Country Estate would be Melanie @ [phone] This 99-year rule isn’t applicable for this property located in Dainfern Golf Estate.

I hear you. Oftentimes, owners/sellers at these levels aren’t too keen to splash their asking prices all over. Notice that they won’t advertise on the traditional property portals either 🤔 Having said that, I’ve asked the agent/sellers whether I’m allowed to post the asking price on my KZbin videos as I see a dramatic increase in engagement when there’s a price mentioned. Let’s see what happens these next few🤞
