That looks like a modern jail. Not much gap between villas and no privacy

Pls have a site visit. It'll change your mind. There is absolute privacy in the villa. All balconies have 100% privacy.

Very good quality construction. Nicely planned. Modern design and good facilities. The usp of this project is marble flooring for whole villa and lift inside every villa. There is provision for natural light across rhe villa wherever possible.

Why would you not allow space between villas? This is just unbelievably horrible construction - no greenery - doesn't feel premium
