Amazing work, a palace indeed, but they made a mistake. A road just in front of the home spoiled the feeling of palace. This should have been built in a bigger site(double the area of house) with a lawn in front of the house. Reminds amarasilpi Jakkana. He use to build like this.

Awesome house, no doubt. But a Home needs at least double the area of the house, around it. Triple the area, will be even better. The outdoors is what matters, for it be called a HOME.

Cement concrete structure will be interconnected with iron rods in the middle making it little strong except for cement, this structure looks like it is integrated with with half feet inside downward and half upward which makes it vulnerable to earth quake, this is not quake proof, and in Bangalore sqft is near or more to gold..
